Pit Crew Tycoon puts you behind the scenes of a racing team instead of behind the wheel. You hire mechanics, upgrade the garage, and juggle repair jobs against tight deadlines. It scratches that satisfying optimization itch.

The early game is the strongest part, when every decision matters and money is tight. Later on it can get a little repetitive, but by then I'd already gotten my hours out of it. The upgrade tree gives you clear goals to chase.

It's a good podcast game, the kind you play with half your attention while something plays in the background. Fans of tycoon sims will feel right at home.
